Job Description
Provide customer information and assistance via telephone calls, process transactions, and record customer interactions while maintaining high levels of customer service and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum STPM, Diploma, or equivalent education
- Minimum 5 years' experience in documentation and understanding standard operating procedures
- Good interpersonal skills and track record in a company
- Fluent in spoken Mandarin, with written proficiency an added advantage
- Ability to communicate and understand basic English and national language
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust, respect, and confidentiality
