CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

Provide information and assistance to customers via inbound telephone calls, achieve productivity standards, and maintain high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• STPM, Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in documentations and understanding of standard operating procedure
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin, written proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Basic English and national language skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to build trust, respect and confidentiality
