Business Development Representative

Shakudo is seeking a Business Development Representative to lead outbound efforts and drive market presence, particularly within SMB businesses and enterprises. The role is pivotal in generating opportunities and increasing the adoption of Shakudo's operating system for data and AI. The ideal candidate will be mentored into an Account Executive role within 9-12 months and will work directly with the Head of Sales.

Requirements

• Have a real curiosity to understand the data, AI and ML landscapes.
• Be able to untangle complex sets of requirements, and break them into simple actionable steps.
• 6 months to a year in a BDR, or adjacent role at a technology focused organization (marketing or customer success preferred).
• Highly organized, and ability to use CRM (Hubspot), Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and GSuite software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders in multiple positions.
• Ability to thrive and make effective decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical focused domain (ex. engineering, computer science, mathematics etc.).
