The Account Executive is responsible for maximizing sales growth profitably by representing products and services to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments.
Requirements
- Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base
- Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customer’s business
- Support customer menu engineering
- Support food cost analysis to ensure waste reduction and improve customer profitability
- Consume and share market intelligence and industry trends
- Conduct product demonstration and comparisons
- Facilitate demonstrations of capabilities
- Share new product innovation
- Build multi-level relationships in the businesses you serve
- Keep accounts current
- Leverage technology for improved customer efficiency
- Participate in on-going training
- Use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays
