Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proven track record of success in business development within the small molecule API CDMO/CMO/CRO industry in the Southern European Market
• Strong technical understanding of the manufacturing processes and industry standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Background in procurement or research and development in the leading CDMO companies preferred
• Sales Director experience at a leading global CDMO company preferred
