Job Description
Multilingual Customer Success Manager for an AI-driven technology company with a focus on the beauty industry. Provide support to customers in transitioning from the sales pipeline to the support pipeline, maintaining customer loyalty, and upselling existing customers to new features.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 5 years of B2B customer success ăcustomer service or account management experience in SaaS related fields
- Deep understanding of the beauty industry
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (with Japanese or Korean a plus)
