Requirements
- Qualified to QCF level 2 or has comparable work experience
- Able to critically assess enquiries and gather information through face to face contact, telephone call backs, and electronic systems
- UK driving licence
- Proven experience of working in a busy customer/public service environment
- Paper-based and electronic clerical skills, including experience of creating varied documentation in high volumes
- Confident dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
- Knowledge of Windows based Microsoft software and can confidently use IT equipment
