SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to shape the employee experience and drive business outcomes through HR leadership across our Marketing & Creative team members.
Requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for all NYC team members regarding questions on benefits, payroll, training, and more.
- Manage the employee records for NYC including ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed and appropriate records are filed and held per records retention legislation.
- Build out org design models & plans for change management to ensure a high functioning org structure across businesses.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
