The Assistant Deli Manager is responsible for assisting with the direct supervision of the Deli Department operations, providing customer service, and achieving production and budget objectives. The position includes performing stocking duties as needed, and the ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or better
• Experience as an Assistant Department Manager or equivalent
• Leadership qualities including good listening skills, ability to motivate others, and respect for and tolerance of others
