Deli Manager

The Deli Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of the Deli Department operations, including providing customer service and assuring that associates are following company policies and procedures. The position includes performing stocking duties as needed, and the Deli Manager must have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage and achieve production and budget objectives.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving ability
• Experience as an Assistant Department Manager or equivalent
• Leadership qualities
• Thorough understanding of Company and Department specific policies and procedures
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or better
