The Branch Manager II is responsible for leading the entire branch, ensuring exceptional service standards, and minimizing fraud and losses. They are accountable for achieving high production levels, maintaining team morale, and professional development for team members.
Requirements
- Consistently meet all Shell FCU Service Commitments
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with all applicable rules and regulations
- Complete annual training sessions
- Perform job duties and responsibilities in compliance with Shell FCU policies and procedures
- Host quarterly security meetings
- Ensure all marketing material and lobby financials are up to date
- Perform counseling and terminations of branch employees
- Represent the Credit Union in community activities
- Monitor service distinction surveys
- Responsible for reviewing employee Lending and Member Service Queues
- Accountable for branch scheduling and resource allocation
- Responsible for maintaining necessary cash volumes
- Available for after-hour branch assistance and/or escalations
- Responsible for the evaluation of staff and employee career path planning
- Performs branch staff performance appraisals
- Serve as a contact for on-site compliance audits and examinations
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures
- Maintains security, confidentiality, and proper internal controls of information, records, and procedures
- Maintains a positive, caring, and professional atmosphere for members and employees
- Obtains maximum utilization of branch staff
- Ensure branch compliance and proper operations of all tellers, member service, and lending duties
- Handle member complaints in a professional and helpful manner
- Meet / Exceed assigned branch goals
- Greet all new members of the Credit Union and monitor member retention
- Perform one-on-ones and observations with branch staff
