Job Description
The Resident Aid is responsible for overall resident care during shelter stay, making security rounds, assisting clients with programs, and enforcing shelter policies.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service experience
- Knowledge or experience in working with the homeless, mentally ill, and/or substance abusing populations
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
