The Senior Rapid Rehousing Case Manager leads a team in providing community-based services to victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, and/or human trafficking. The role involves supervising case managers, providing coaching and support, and delivering complex case management services to clients.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in social work/human services/related field or commensurate experience
- 1+ years of human services or direct services experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities and make sound judgments
- Ability to complete tasks while navigating frequent interruptions
- Ability to deliver creative, resourceful solutions to unique challenges
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to Drive a minivan
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
