Field Engineer

Shiel Sexton is a 100% employee-owned company seeking a Field Engineer to provide on-site technical and subject matter support. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in construction and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Requirements

• Partners with other Engineers, Project Managers and/or Superintendents to coordinate and distribute all project information
• Ensures status reports on RFIs, submittals and other documents are prepared and presented
• Reviews contractors' startup documents (submittals, contract compliance, etc.)
• Works with Lead Superintendent for trade contractor responsibilities throughout project
• Coordinates and manages general conditions work and project logistics
• Prepares and contributes to daily reports
• Assists with Time and Materials (T&M) process and change management
