Service Technician

Shiel Sexton is a 100% employee-owned company seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with complex construction equipment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance, a strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Three to five years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools that require mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
• Working knowledge of diagnostic equipment and procedures, and knowledge of schematics and diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
• High school diploma or equivalent, trade school training preferred
• Welding certification is a plus
