Requirements
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Americas region
- Ensure company meets all applicable local, state, and federal legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and manage required business licenses, registrations, and permits
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the Executive team, People & Culture, and Finance
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to resolve cross-departmental administrative or operational issues
- Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Collect, organize, and analyze basic operational and administrative data
- Represent the company in routine administrative meetings and communications with external partners, vendors, and service providers
