Account Executive

ShipBob is hiring an Account Executive to manage a sales pipeline and prospect opportunities to bring on new customer revenue for the business. The role involves engaging potential customers, guiding them through the sales process, and negotiating pricing and contract terms. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of Account Executive experience in eCommerce, fulfillment, logistics, or similar tech-enabled industries.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of Account Executive experience closing deals, ideally within eCommerce, fulfillment, logistics, or similar tech-enabled industries
• A demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding quota
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to consult and build trust quickly
• Solid negotiation skills and the ability to identify and articulate customer needs
• Excellent time management, organization, and pipeline discipline
• Experience using CRM tools and comfort with Excel
