Job Description
ShipperHQ is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead our global CS organization. The ideal candidate will have a commercially driven approach and experience in using AI to drive net retention and improve the customer journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in Customer Success/Account Management, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role ideally in B2B SaaS
- Low Ego / High Ownership

- Exceptional ability to communicate with customers, colleagues and senior management
