Job Description
ShipperHQ is a trusted leader in the e-commerce shipping space, with over 15 years of experience helping merchants deliver better checkout experiences. The Head of Customer Success is a key driver of revenue, owning retention and expansion while ensuring high customer service.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success/Account Management, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- AI Fluency
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Data Literacy
- Operational Grit
- Experience in e-commerce or shipping/logistics technology is a plus
- Exceptional ability to communicate with customers, colleagues and senior management
