Contract Producer for Virtual Instructor-Led Workshops (can be located anywhere)

We are seeking a Virtual Workshop Producer to support Facilitators as they present learning programs to SDLs clients. The Virtual Workshop Producer will be responsible for making the online classroom experience seamless for participants to engage with tools like video sharing, whiteboarding, chat, polls and quizzes.

Requirements

• College degree
• Deep knowledge of online tools such as WebEx, Zoom, Go-To-Meeting and Adobe Connect
• 1-3 years experience in facilitating soft skills, management or leadership development workshops
• 1-2 years experience setting up/producing online events
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional and appropriate demeanor
• The ability to prioritize tasks and to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision
• Must have own computer, speaker/headset, broadband high speed internet connection, and webcam
