Shop Your Way (SYW) is a high-growth FinTech platform seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to drive go-to-market performance and support the sales organization. This role will focus on data analysis, strategic planning, and communication to inform overall go-to-market strategy. The analyst will be a foundational asset to the sales team, supporting the sales marketing organization and influencing key decision-making processes.
