Shop Your Way (SYW) is a FinTech and e-Commerce enablement platform facilitating payments, loyalty, and commerce solutions. They are seeking a Business Analyst to support Pay Your Way (PYW) – their business unit for Business-to-Business (B2B) clients. The role involves collaborating with product owners and users, developing requirements, and ensuring successful product implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science or Business/MBA
- Experience in requirements analysis and documentation
- Knowledge in Insurance domain (premium audit ideally)
- Knowledge in Agile methodology
- Strong communication skills and team player
