Engineering Manager

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to join our growing team in Bucharest, Romania. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in Showpad's expansion into Romania, while driving the ongoing optimization, and scalability of our platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in software engineering and engineering leadership roles
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong technical expertise in software development methodologies and best practices
• Interest in AI and AI tools
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and coach engineers to achieve their full potential
• Passion for building a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Experience recruiting and managing talent in an international setting
