Job Description
Our client from manufacturing are looking for a head sales to lead the sales department to drive revenue growth and market expansion across our plastic and metal manufacturing product lines.
Requirements
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
