Job Description
The User Adoption Specialist improves operational efficiency by bridging the gap between complex technologies and end users, training staff on how to utilize varying software tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in user adoption, training, change management, or business analysis
- Experience within the insurance industry preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Epic, Epic Benefits Builder, and CSR24
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft tools (especially Teams, Copilot, and Excel)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive insights and decisions
