Job Description
Sidetrade is an AI company redefining how enterprises secure and accelerate cash flow. We're looking for a Business Development Director to accelerate the Double-Digit Growth of our company. The role involves managing a team of Business Development Reps, working closely with the Marketing Team, and developing a scalable training program.
Requirements
- Manage, Hire, Train and Coach a multicultural team of BDRs
- Work closely with AVP Sales leaders to define the best Go-To-Market Strategy
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to build creative and efficient campaigns or events
- Ensure team continuous improvement by implementing best practices
- Monitor weekly team activity with Salesforce dashboard and propose action plan
- Design and implement a scalable training program and materials for new BDRs
- Ensure BDRs have a development plan in place
