Requirements
- Define and implement sales strategies across North America region and verticals.
- Manage the sales cycle from conversion of meetings into opportunities to securing a deal on the long term.
- Recruit and retain a successful and driven sales team.
- Report on weekly and monthly sales forecasts, driving forecast accuracy and pipeline tracking within the team.
- Provide ongoing support and training to your team.
- Maintain high level of industry knowledge, best practices and developments within our target markets.
- Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with internal teams.
