Sr Director, Campaign & Capture Management

Sierra Space is seeking a Sr Director, Campaign & Capture Management to lead one or more components of capture management at a group level, establishing strategic and tactical plans aligned with broader business strategy. The role requires effective interaction with both internal and external executive-level management, serving as a catalyst for organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 15+ years of relevant work experience with significant capture management experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex capture projects
• In-depth knowledge of defense industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience leading and supporting organizational changes
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
