Full-Cycle Recruiter – Corporate Functions

Signal Energy is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to support corporate-level hiring across professional and technical disciplines, with a focus on renewable energy and high-voltage infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources, business administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or technical environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate or technical environment
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and UKG UltiPro Recruiter
• Proven ability to engage both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting
