Job Description
Thea Energy is seeking a Recruiter to be the face of the company to candidates and own the full-cycle recruitment process. The Recruiter will find seasoned professionals and build pipelines for the next generation of fusion leaders in a rapidly growing team with high autonomy and a focus on solving complex problems.
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup, deep-tech, or hardware engineering environment
- Early career programming experience, ideally within STEM fields
- Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proven ability to execute ATS enhancements and workflow optimizations
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SharePoint and Slack is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
