Job Description
Significance is seeking a Change and Communication Manager to deliver clear, professional, and impactful internal and external communications within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This is a hybrid role in Rockville, MD, requiring a Public Trust clearance.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint
- Very expert-level ability to develop, maintain, and manage multiple SharePoint pages/sites
- Proven ability to speak publicly and present confidently in very large forums
- Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong technical aptitude for Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in communications, marketing, internal communications, or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering public presentations or speaking engagements to large audiences
- Advanced certification or equivalent experience in Microsoft 365 is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience maintaining and optimizing multiple SharePoint environments in a professional setting
