Levine & Sons is an HVAC and Plumbing company seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer experience through fielding inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily office operations.

Requirements

• Fielding inbound customer inquiries via phone call, text message, email, social platforms, and review sites.
• Making outbound calls as needed for scheduling, follow-ups, and rehash opportunities.
• Screening, qualifying and scheduling appointments for service technicians and outside sales team.
• Inputting customer data into proprietary database.
• Helping customers understand the value of Family Plan and converting interested callers into members.
• Verifying contact information for smooth scheduling and communication.
• Supporting daily office operations with accuracy and attention to detail.
