Sullivan Super Service is looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to provide customers with the best service experience in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft office and computer savvy competence.

Requirements

• Fielding inbound customer inquiries via phone call, text message, email, social platforms, and review sites.
• Screening, qualifying and scheduling appointments for our service technicians and outside sales team.
• Inputting customer data into our proprietary database.
