Silencer Shop is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to build emails that customers want to open, understanding strategy, timing, segmentation, psychology, copywriting, and analytics. The role owns a major piece of our customer experience, including campaigns, flows, SMS, segmentation, deliverability, testing, optimization, and personalization.
Own and optimize our email and SMS ecosystem, build campaigns, automations, and segmentation strategies, improve KPIs, coordinate with agency partners and internal creatives, test relentlessly, and maintain deliverability and list health.
We care less about years of experience and more about whether you can actually do the work. Strong eCommerce email marketing experience, familiarity with segmentation, flows, lifecycle marketing, and analytics, good creative instincts, and attention to detail are a plus.
