Maintenance Supervisor (Pitman Night Shift)

Requirements

• Supervise a team of multi-craft mechanics
• Oversee the completion of all work orders and predictive and/or preventative maintenance needs and schedules
• Identify, modify, adjust, and repair mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts or equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings or diagrams
• Utilize various power and hand tools, as well as measuring and gauging equipment, correctly and safely
• Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to identify and prioritize work orders, generate work orders, and ensure comprehensive documentation
• Track employee work time, including maintaining timecards, attendance records, and managing time off requests to ensure adequate shift coverage
• Conduct training sessions on safety, processes, quality, human resources, and company policies
• Maximize equipment availability and reliability through the most effective use of the maintenance team
• Ensure all work responsibilities are completed safely, efficiently, and effectively to achieve maximum reliability and minimize the need for "call backs."
• Manage and respond to emergencies or unplanned breakdowns quickly and effectively
