Similarweb is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their global IT team. The role will involve handling IT helpdesk tickets, providing computer and application support to employees in Prague and globally, and collaborating with international functions to facilitate local and global projects in all IT-related fields.
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience in IT Support or Administration
- Experienced in a multi-OS environment (MacOS, Windows)
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies (e.g., Okta, Office365, Google Workspace, AWS) and mobile device management (MDM)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT asset management
