The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates for multiple roles across the organization through proactive candidate sourcing, outreach, pipeline building, and coordinating interviews.

Requirements

• Source candidates across platforms
• Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines
• Conduct outreach to prospective candidates
• Screen resumes and identify candidates
• Coordinate interview scheduling
• Track candidate status and communications
• Ability to identify and evaluate qualified candidates
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on candidate communication and scheduling
• Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced hiring environment
