Job Description
Sincere is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role of customer support and quality assurance. In this role you will be the first line of communication with users across our family of brands — Punchbowl, Lovebird, Timehop, and Memento.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Raw intelligence and excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a superior memory for details
- An understanding of product testing or quality assurance
- A passion for technology and a curiosity for how things work
