Sioux Group is seeking an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to build their engineering team and support growth in Asia. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and developing effective sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Recruitment (80%): Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define effective hiring approaches
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring teams
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when necessary.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to stakeholders.
- HR Administration (20%): Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Coordinate internal activities or employee engagement initiatives when required
- Support office operations in Ho Chi Minh when needed
