Job Description
We're looking for a Line Cook to join our team at Sixty Vines, a chef-driven restaurant inspired by the seasonal cuisine of the wine country. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing food items according to given recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and interacting with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
- Read and understand tickets, including menu items and modifications
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures
