Job Description
We're seeking a Line Cook to join our team at Sixty Vines. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing food items according to given recipes, ensuring high quality and presentation. You will also interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
- Prepare all food products according to prescribed methods and recipes
- Maintain the highest level of food quality possible
- Follow and maintain outlined cook times for all prepared items
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and work environment
- Operate and use all kitchen equipment and kitchen tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
