Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to support our family of brands at our Detroit Lakes, MN location. The role will assist internal employees with IT Helpdesk support calls and troubleshoot technology issues.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills and strong self-motivation
- Experience troubleshooting complex technology issues across diverse software and hardware systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 applications, Jira or other IT ticketing systems and Remote Desktop support tools
