Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Infrastructure team. You will manage a project commercial delivery team, project finances and contractual obligations internally and externally, including all subcontract packages as a member Project Management Team within prescribed financial margins of the project to the satisfaction of internal and external clients and within the companies financial targets.
Requirements
- Experience working on large projects £200m+
- Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law
- Experience with NEC forms of contract
- MRICS or CICES desirable
- Degree or equivalent in commercial related subject
