Job Description
Skanska is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of a major defence project in Cambridgeshire, overseeing commercial strategy, pricing, procurement, and contract administration.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as the Commercial Lead in delivering DIO/MOD projects working through PCSA stages
- Experience of managing projects from inception through to completion with a value of between £25million and £300million
- Detailed working knowledge of contract/commercial law
- MRICS qualified highly desirable/degree educated in a relevant subject
- SC security clearance
