Senior Commercial Manager

Senior Commercial Manager role at Skanska, responsible for leading and developing a team to deliver commercial governance and activity across a Project or portfolio.

Requirements

• Experience of contract documents (PFI/Bespoke/JCT/NEC is preferred)
• Degree or equivalent level qualification in related commercial related subject
• Extensive commercial experience within a contracting organisation preferably within the FM environment
• Security clearance where required
• Experience of Oracle or other similar Financial accounting systems such as ERP
