Customer Service Consultant

Join Skipton Building Society as a Customer Consultant and provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Work full-time in our Bolton branch and support our customers in-branch, virtually, and by outbound contact. We're looking for someone passionate about delivering excellent service and growing with our organisation.

Requirements

• Previous experience of interacting with customers
• Ability to work well alongside others with a 'one-team' mindset
• Ability to react fast and handle a wide variety of customers with excellent time management
• Desire and ability to grow, adapt, and change while accommodating business needs and priorities
