Job Description
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Lead to support branch operating hours across multisite branches in Guiseley and Leeds. As a subject matter expert, you will ensure that the team understands the branch's contribution plan and key messages. You will coach and develop the team through effective observations and one-to-ones, working as one team to achieve together.
Requirements
- Experience of developing relationships with customers and providing exceptional service
- Experience of inspiring and motivating a team to drive performance
