We are recruiting for a Financial Consultant to work in our Solihull branch, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers achieve their financial goals. The role includes engaging with customers, developing relationships, and promoting financial review appointments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to listen and inspire others.
Requirements
- Previous experience of developing relationships with customers
- Experience of working in a Financial Services environment is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and ask appropriate questions
- Experience of inspiring, motivating and coaching others in your team
- Ability to react fast when the day gets busy and handle a wide variety of different customers
