Principal Engineer - Customer Engagement Platform

As a Principal Engineer for the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), you will set the technical direction and engineering tenets for the platform, ensuring high performance, high reliability, and high trust. You will define standards, lead engineers, and drive adoption of the Golden Path to deliver fast, safe, frequent improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven track record of reducing lead time, increasing deployment frequency, and keeping change-failure rate low
• Deep hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience managing engineers and upskilling teams on Dynamics/Power Platform ALM, CI/CD and observability
