Senior Enterprise Change Manager

We're a mutual building society seeking a Senior Enterprise Change Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-wide change and drive meaningful improvements for our customers.

Requirements

• Proven leadership capability with experience managing multi-layered delivery teams in complex environments
• Strong knowledge and expertise across various delivery frameworks
• High emotional intelligence and ability to influence, engage, and challenge senior stakeholders effectively
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-paced change
